Job Description

Role: Specialist Support Worker

Hours: Zero-Hour / Relief Contract (To cover holidays & absence)

Locations:

  • Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire

Action Deafness is looking for dedicated Specialist Support Workers to join our dynamic and growing Care and Support team in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can truly empower others, explore our current opportunities.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who possess:

  • Experience in social care or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the needs of Deaf individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) is desirable.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting our valued Community.
