Residential Care Services
We are looking for people who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of D/deaf adults. This is not just a care job, it is about helping people live the way they choose, in their home and their community.
You will be supporting residents with daily living, personal care when needed, and the small everyday things that help someone feel independent and valued. Some days are busy, some are quieter, but all of them matter.
You will be part of a friendly team, with managers who support you and training that helps you grow. If you are reliable, patient, and happy working in a hands on role, we would love to hear from you.
Important Information

We do not offer skilled worker visa sponsorship. You must already have the right to work in the UK.

What we are looking for
• BSL Level One (essential).
• Health and Social Care RQF/NVQ Level 2 (desirable only as training will be provided).
• Good team worker.
• Those that enjoy a challenge and display a positive attitude.
• Reliability, with a positive and supportive manner.
• Self-motivated person.
