Join Child Deaf Youth Project!

Are you passionate about empowering deaf children, helping them grow in confidence, and making a real difference?

In this role, you will support the Youth Work Lead in delivering engaging group sessions for both our under-11s and over-11s. You’ll help facilitate activities planned by the Youth Work Lead, providing hands-on support to young people throughout each session. Our youth groups meet on Wednesday evenings during term time, with trips and outings taking place during half-term holidays, so working days and hours may vary accordingly.

• Hours: Flexible, part-time
• Salary: From £12.60 per hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible

What You’ll Need

• Learning British Sign Language Level 1 or higher
• Warmth, empathy, and good organisational skills
• A DBS Enhanced Check (we can support this process)
