Deaf Cafe Kitchen Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to work in our Deaf Cafe (Dcafe).  Dcafe is run by Deaf volunteers who are all BSL users.  This is an opportunity to gain work experience in a Deaf environment.  Volunteers needed on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Monday is a day of cooking and baking to prepare food for Dcafe which is open every Tuesdays.  Full training included, customer service, health and safety, food hygiene and allergen courses.  You will learn kitchen skills, how to use a coffee machine, serving food, clearing away and be part of the Deaf volunteer team.  No experience needed.  You must be reliable, and be part of a team.
