Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee an established team within our supported living accommodation and community services, with a particular focus on mental health. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, and supervising staff to maintain a supportive and effective work environment. The Team Manager will also be responsible for quality monitoring, implementing continuous improvements to services, and contributing to the development of new programs to meet the evolving needs of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mental health support, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing person-centred care.

About you:

  • Good communication skills (British Sign Language would be an advantage)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (training can be provided)
  • Management Qualification at Level 4/5 is desirable although full training will be provided.
  • Experience of supervision, identifying training needs and all documentation relating to high quality support services would be an advantage.
