Job Description
The Role:
We seek to employ a Team Manager to manage an established team within our supported living accommodation and community services. The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the team, quality monitoring of services to ensure clients are receiving an excellent service and supervising staff. The role also involves the continuous improvement of services and the opportunity to be involved in the development of new services.
About you:
- Good communication skills (British Sign Language would be an advantage)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (training can be provided)
- Management Qualification at Level 4/5 is desirable although full training will be provided.
- Experience of supervision, identifying training needs and all documentation relating to high quality support services would be an advantage.
