Project Officer – Care Plus 

Lincolnshire

Part Time, 15 hours

£26,255.69 pro-rata per annum

We are seeking a Project Officer to join our Care Plus team in Lincolnshire. This role is for 15 hours per week.

As part of the role you will be:

• Supporting the Care Plus team that provides a range of services to adults, children and young people that have a sensory impairment and associated disabilities within the area of Lincolnshire to improve the quality of life of service users.
• Managing support workers who are working with sensory impaired service users in accordance with individual support plans, provide support to service users’ to encourage and promote independent living within the community.

To be successful for this post:

• You will have excellent communication skills.
• You will have a minimum of level 2 of British Sign Language or native BSL user
• You will have great interpersonal skills,
• You will be highly organised.
• You must be flexible to the demands of the service.
