Make sure you’re using a standard YouTube video URL. For example:

✅ Works:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcdef12345

or

https://youtu.be/abcdef12345

🚫 May not work:

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/abcdef12345

or

https://youtube.com/live/abcdef12345

Some special formats like shorts or live URLs don’t always embed properly using WordPress’s oEmbed system or in some plugins.

How to fix it:

Use the regular YouTube video link — either the full version (youtube.com/watch?v=…) or the short version (youtu.be/…). Also, check that the video is public and embedding is allowed in its YouTube settings.
