Premises Manager

Heathlands is a special school for deaf children aged 3-18 set in beautiful grounds close to the city centre of St Albans.  The residential sector caters for up to 20 weekly boarders and the provision has consistently gained outstanding Ofsted reports.  Safeguarding is at the top of our agenda.

Due to the retirement of our current premises manager, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, positive and hardworking Premises Manager.

This is advertised as a full-time permanent role of 37 hours/week for 52 weeks per year.

7.30 to 3.30pm (3pm on Fridays) – there could be some flexibility on hours for the right candidate. There will be a handover from October to November.

This role is expected to work positively and constructively within the team, taking responsibility for the overall running of the site team.

Salary range H6/7: £29,540 – £34,434 (£15.31-£17.85 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience.
