- Report into Head of Non-Spoken Operations
- Oversee all aspects of Agency Department activities including all resources.
- Sourcing, Allocation & Booking of staff and freelance Language Service Professionals (LSPs) as per clients’ request
- Control & implement effective Diary management to ensure full utilisation of LSPs and thereby maximisation of sales
- Contribute and develop processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with client
- Increase profitability
- General line management duties
- Act as a role model and leader to the bookings department
- Support and generate management information reporting

- Working Pattern Monday – Friday with one hour lunch break, full time 37.5 hours p/week. Hybrid/remote positions available.
