Job Description
Manager
28-35 hours a week
Our current manager is retiring after nearly 13 years. We are looking for someone to help us continue to deliver an essential service in the Northeast to a large but very overlooked client group. We have several exciting opportunities as part of our vision for Deaflink, and we are looking for someone to provide leadership and strategy to move this forward.
This will require a passionate and knowledgeable leader who is experienced, organised and able to ensure that performance, HR, income generation, financial management, impact recording/reporting, communications and everything else associated with leading the crucial work of our charity is well managed and delivered to the highest standard.
This post will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We are offering 28-35 hours a week. The salary will be competitive depending upon skills and experience.
