  • Communication with candidates is respectful and accessible

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our values or legal requirements.

6. Payments and Refunds

Some services may require payment (e.g. adverting on deaf careers). Payments are handled securely by our third-party providers.

Refunds: We do not generally offer refunds once a listing is published. However, if you believe there was an error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Harass or spam other users
  • Use automated bots to scrape or interact with the site
  • Violate any applicable laws

We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are broken.
